Technical Product Manager

About the Role Join an early-stage B2B AI company building products for data engineering teams. As a Technical Product Manager, you will shape the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered data workflow capabilities, working closely with engineering and business teams to bring new products to market. What You'll Do Identify customer needs and use cases through direct conversations with users, then define product strategy and roadmap. Partner with UX designers to create intuitive experiences for AI-powered products. Work with engineering to scope, build, and launch new functionality for technical users. Represent user needs across the organization and engage with customers to understand their workflows. Support sales and customer teams during pre-sales and post-sales work with enterprise customers. Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, messaging, pricing, and lead generation. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at an early-stage startup. Experience taking technical products for data engineers from 0 to 1 and launching them for technical users. Strong understanding of the modern data stack, such as ELT, data warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks. Experience shipping native GenAI products and familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation. Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in day-to-day work. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment; a technical background or prior data engineering experience is beneficial. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location Hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, California.
