1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Land Better Jobs (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts

You need an account to view full job listings and use the tools. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Plans, billing, and payments

• Free plan. The free tier lets you view up to 5 job listings per day, along with access to the question bank, the application tracker, and pay-as-you-go mock-interview credits.
• Pro plan. A paid subscription that unlocks the full board — all listings, priority access to newly posted roles, and the full feature set.
• Mock-interview credits. Certain features are available on a pay-as-you-go credit basis, purchased separately.
• Pricing and renewal. Prices are shown at checkout and may be presented in your regional currency. Paid plans renew on their stated cycle until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we don't store your full card details.

4. Job listings are aggregated from third parties

Job listings on the service are aggregated from third-party sources and are provided for convenience. We are not the employer, recruiter, or poster of these roles. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or current status of any listing — a role may be filled, changed, or removed at its source between our daily refreshes. Always verify details and apply through the employer's official channel, and treat any compensation figures as directional estimates rather than offers. 5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute listings or content except as the service expressly allows;
• Share your account, or circumvent access limits, paywalls, or security measures;
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt to access it by unauthorized means.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including our written guides, interview content, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal job search. Job listings remain the property of their respective sources. Anything you submit remains yours, but you grant us the license needed to operate the service.

7. Third-party links and services

The service links to employer sites and relies on third-party providers (for example, authentication, payments, and hosting). We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing will lead to an interview or offer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land Better Jobs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of India will have exclusive authority over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
