Where LinkedIn is better
Referrals and the network. A large share of hires still come through someone who already works there. LinkedIn is where you find that person, see how you're connected, and ask. No job board can replicate that, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
Recruiters finding you. Inbound matters. A well-kept LinkedIn profile gets you approached for roles that were never advertised anywhere, including here.
Company research. Before an interview you want to know who runs the team, who you'd report to, and who you know there. That's LinkedIn.

Where we're better
Coverage of the actual market. Most PM roles are posted to an employer's applicant tracking system, and only some of those get cross-posted to LinkedIn. We pull from 40 sources — Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and others — which is why roles frequently appear here first.
No noise. Every role is a PM role. There is no filtering out of “Product Manager” titles that are really sales or project management, because we don't ingest them.

So “which one has more PM jobs” isn't quite the right question — we include a slice of theirs, plus 39 sources they don't aggregate at all.
