No mystery, no scraping folklore. Here is exactly where our Product Manager listings come from, how often they update, and how we keep the board clean.

Where the jobs come from
We aggregate Product Manager roles from the places companies actually post them. Our primary sources are LinkedIn recruiter posts and the applicant-tracking systems most product teams hire through — Lever and Greenhouse. We collect these programmatically, pulling structured listings directly from those sources rather than relying on anyone to manually forward us a job.
The result is a single board that reflects roles spread across hundreds of company career pages and recruiter feeds — the openings that would otherwise take you hours to find one tab at a time.
Aggregated and refreshed daily
Our pipeline runs on a daily cycle: listings are aggregated and refreshed daily, so the board reflects what has been posted across our sources each day. To be precise about it — this is a daily refresh, not a live or instant feed. We don't claim second-by-second syncing, because that wouldn't be honest about how the aggregation actually works. A role that goes live today is picked up on our next daily refresh.
De-duplication across sources
The same job is often posted in several places at once — a recruiter shares it on LinkedIn while it also sits on the company's Greenhouse or Lever board. Left alone, that clutters your search with the same role five times over. We de-duplicate across sources so each genuine opening appears once, consolidated, rather than repeated under slightly different titles. Cleaner results mean less time deciding whether two listings are actually the same job.
How you view the full listings
The public pages on this site — role guides, city pages, and interview prep — are open to everyone. The individual job listings themselves require a free account to view in full. On the free tier you can open 5 roles per day; unlocking the entire board, with all filters and every newly posted role, is what a Pro plan is for. You can create a free account to start browsing.
What we don't do
We don't invent listings, and we don't write the jobs — every role on the board originates from a real third-party source. Because listings are aggregated, a role can occasionally be filled or removed at the source between refreshes; we work to keep the board current, but always confirm the details on the employer's own application page before you apply.
