This role owns a broad range of high-traffic web and mobile surfaces, including the home screen, search, menus, collections, product details, cart, and checkout. You will shape a cohesive product vision that makes browsing intuitive, personalized, and engaging, even across a large and evolving catalog. Working closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Merchandising, you will deliver impactful features and continuously improve the customer journey. This is a senior, cross-functional role with significant influence over product quality, conversion, order frequency, and customer retention. \n Accountabilities: Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across the full shopping and discovery experience on web and mobile. Define a consistent, scalable experience across home screens, search, menus, collections, product tiles and details, cart, checkout, and shared UI components. Partner with Design and Engineering to develop, launch, and refine features that make product discovery and purchasing easier and more engaging. Guide the product direction of server-driven UI architecture, balancing flexibility for merchandising teams with consistency and quality for customers. Lead experimentation across discovery and shopping surfaces, establishing clear metrics and using results to guide product decisions. Collaborate with Design to reduce friction, build customer confidence, and maintain high UX standards across platforms. Ensure the quality and consistency of shared interface components, including loading states, error screens, modals, and other core interactions. Work closely with the Personalization and AI product lead to connect intelligent recommendations and evolving AI capabilities with effective frontend experiences. Drive measurable improvements in browsing conversion, checkout completion, overall funnel performance, order frequency, and subscriber retention. Manage competing priorities across a broad product area while maintaining strategic alignment and clear accountability. Requirements: 10+ years of product management experience, including substantial ownership of consumer-facing mobile and/or web products at scale. Demonstrated success leading discovery, browsing, search, or shopping experiences, preferably within a marketplace or catalog-driven business. Strong consumer UX instincts and a proven ability to partner closely with design teams to improve product quality. Technical understanding of frontend product systems, including component libraries, server-driven UI, and feature flags. Ability to work effectively with frontend engineers and understand how architectural decisions affect the customer experience. Experience designing and running A/B tests, defining success metrics, and making data-informed decisions in ambiguous environments. Proven ability to manage complex roadmaps spanning multiple product surfaces and competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence Design, Engineering, and business teams. Collaborative, adaptable, and low-ego approach to shared ownership across adjacent product areas. Strong strategic thinking combined with attention to execution details and a focus on measurable outcomes. Benefits: Salary range: $180,000–$220,000 USD. Final compensation is determined by experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and relevant market data.
