Staff Product Manager, Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Integrations based in United States. This individual contributor role will own the strategy, delivery, and scaling of a sophisticated partner and platform integration ecosystem. You will help evolve integrations from bespoke, one-off builds into scalable platform capabilities that reduce engineering effort and expand connectivity. Working at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, commercial priorities, and customer needs, you will shape what gets built, for whom, and when. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions. The role offers significant ownership across the integration lifecycle, from early validation through launch and ongoing growth. It is an opportunity to influence both integration strategy and broader platform evolution in a collaborative, distributed product organization. \n Accountabilities: Own integration strategies end-to-end, including pricing and packaging, distribution, launch readiness, and ongoing cross-functional relationship management. Partner with Engineering to sequence investments, balancing immediate customer and revenue commitments with long-term platform scalability. Define and execute platform-based integration strategies, including generalized APIs and connectors that enable customers to self-integrate. Lead the full integration lifecycle from alpha and beta through general availability and post-launch scaling. Align strategic partners and key customers around integration roadmaps, timelines, requirements, and launch milestones. Own decisions related to permissioning, security, licensing, managed packages, namespaces, and license management. Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration opportunities, including proof points and clear criteria for stopping or scaling investments. Connect Go-to-Market, Partnerships, and Engineering teams to ensure integration initiatives are commercially viable as well as technically sound. Drive high-quality product delivery while balancing urgent customer needs with scalable, long-term platform innovation. Participate in architectural discussions, roadmap planning, product strategy, and cross-functional operating cadences. Establish effective collaboration practices with distributed engineering teams, including async decision-making, handoffs, and regular communication. Track success metrics, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and continuously identify opportunities to improve integration capabilities and team alignment. Requirements: 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on ecosystems, integrations, platforms, or related areas within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience leading complex product initiatives within a multi-product portfolio. Strong technical fluency in integration architecture, including APIs, platform events, OAuth and permission models, managed packages, and related concepts. Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market leaders. Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones. Strong commercial judgment and the ability to evaluate which integration opportunities are worth pursuing based on customer value, business impact, and scalability. Experience building, launching, scaling, and managing products or platform capabilities throughout their lifecycle. Ability to participate confidently in architectural discussions and understand technical trade-offs without necessarily being the primary engineer. Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong preference for proactive and transparent communication. Comfortable creating detailed written specifications, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, status updates, and other documentation to keep distributed teams aligned. Ability to build strong relationships across functions and bring teams together around shared outcomes.
