This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Rich Media based in United States.
This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on the platforms and workflows that transform raw home-capture data into market-ready digital media.
You will own products used by field photographers, media businesses, internal operators, and other business partners.
Your scope will span mobile capture applications, media management tools, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted quality-review systems.
You will work closely with AI and science teams to translate complex technical requirements into practical, scalable product experiences.
Data will guide decisions around throughput, quality, operational efficiency, and partner experience.
The role offers significant ownership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where invention, execution, and scale are central to the work.
Your products will ultimately help enable immersive digital experiences for millions of people exploring homes online.

Accountabilities
Own and evolve the product roadmap for platforms and workflows that transform raw home-capture data into high-quality, market-ready media.
Design and improve mobile experiences that enable field photographers to capture homes efficiently while maintaining strong usability and media quality.
Develop media management tools that help photography and media businesses manage jobs, assets, accounts, and workflows with greater efficiency.
Expand workflow orchestration and quality-review systems that move media through production, processing, and human-in-the-loop AI quality assurance at scale.
Partner with AI and science teams to translate model, data, annotation, and operational requirements into effective products and tooling.
Define and monitor metrics covering throughput, quality, operational efficiency, and partner or operator experience, using insights to prioritize roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, support, sales, engineering, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products and workflows scale effectively.
Lead cross-functional product development teams from discovery and planning through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Translate emerging technical capabilities and customer needs into clear, practical, and shippable product strategies.
Operate effectively in an agile environment where requirements evolve and rapid experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
Requirements
8+ years of professional product management experience, with a demonstrated record of owning and delivering complex products.
Strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance the needs of multiple user personas and stakeholders.
Experience managing platform, tooling, workflow, or operational products designed for efficiency, reliability, and scale.
Strong systems-thinking capabilities and the ability to understand interconnected products, processes, and technical dependencies.
Proven ability to translate complex technical opportunities into clear product strategies, priorities, and executable plans.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop hypotheses, use data to make decisions, and evaluate product outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through product development and successful launches.
Adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new technical domains.
Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with evolving requirements and priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence engineering, science, operations, and business stakeholders.
Experience with mobile applications for iOS or Android is a plus.
Experience with operational technologies, B2B or SMB-facing platforms, marketplaces, or partner-facing tools is desirable.
Knowledge of photography workflows, hardware-integrated applications, or AI human-in-the-loop operations is advantageous.
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted tools and their practical application to product management is a plus.
Benefits
Remote position with the flexibility to work from a location of choice within the United States, subject to applicable location requirements.
Base salary range of $148,600–$237,400 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington, DC.
Base salary range of $141,200–$225,600 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.
Equity awards may be available in addition to base salary, with awards varying according to factors such as experience, performance, and location.
