About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
* 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
* Experience developing or launching products or technologies within databases,
analytics, big data, or a related area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
* 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
* 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing,
business operations, consulting).
* 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership.
* 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
* 5 years of experience managing and building teams of Product Managers.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Data Cloud.
You will work with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams to drive an annual
activation plan, defining the designated business motions and plays for field
teams and diagnosing how to streamline business process and execution. You will
support external messaging for Data Cloud products, related solutions and
differences. You will partner with product management, product marketing,
Strategy and Operations and GTM teams to develop and execute all go-to-market
activities that drive business performance and customer satisfaction.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute global launch processes for the portfolio of Data Cloud products,
with a focus on Tier 1 products, including orchestration of press and media
GTM channels (direct and partner), enablement and readiness, launch events,
and other activities as needed.
* Lead pricing and packaging initiatives to support in the design of new
offerings to market, based on market and product fit, including design of
unified packages and pricing across a broad portfolio.
* Drive cross-functional engagement with a various set of stakeholders
including Sales Operations, GTM field teams, Partner teams, Marketing,
Finance, Product, and Engineering to align plans, oversee execution, and
drive towards primary business goals.
* Build frameworks and lead execution of monthly Product Launch Councils,
including decision-making on launch timings across the portfolio.
