Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience defining KPIs, evaluating product performance, and using insights to guide priorities. Experience collaborating across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, and business teams to create scalable technology solutions. Strong understanding of automation, AI-assisted decisioning, risk operations, case management, or foundational technology platforms is highly valuable. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balance strategic objectives with immediate operational needs, and make thoughtful trade-offs. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and aligning diverse teams. Strong ownership mindset and customer orientation, with the ability to understand user needs firsthand and turn operational challenges into effective experiences. Experience in a regulated sector such as gaming, fintech, payments, insurance, or another highly controlled environment is a plus.
