WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
The Privacy Product team serves as a strategic enabler for Hallmark's digital
transformation. We build the capabilities, processes, and technologies that
ensure privacy is woven into every consumer interaction, from Hallmark Cards and
retail experiences to Hallmark+ and digital media platforms. Our work protects
consumer trust, reduces business risk, and unlocks responsible innovation,
helping Hallmark achieve its mission of creating deeper connections with
consumers. Team members have the unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide
initiatives, shape emerging privacy practices, and drive meaningful outcomes for
both the business and the consumers we serve.
Â

complex privacy, compliance, regulatory, and technical concepts into clear,
actionable solutions that can be understood and embraced by stakeholders across
all levels of the organization. They will partner closely with Legal,
Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to develop a shared
understanding of risks, opportunities, and product decisions while driving
alignment through effective communication, storytelling, and influence.
