ABOUT THE JOB:
At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need
Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products
that affect millions of people every day.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception
to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down
complex problems into steps that drive product development.
One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing
products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product
Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers,
marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to
the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the
execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Flow has rapidly grown to tens of millions of users, has grown into a product
line including Flow and Flow Music, and is continuing to scale as a business.
We're seeking a Product Manager for Flow Growth and Monetization to lead the
cross-functional product pod responsible for user acquisition efficiency,
first-mile activation, ongoing habituation, and user progress from free tier to
paid.
In this role, you will be operating at the intersection of core Product,
Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and platform partners (such as Google One),
you will define and execute the product-led growth roadmap. You will turn
top-of-funnel traffic into creators and paid subscribers, optimize the user
journey while navigating AI unit economics, compute availability, and
consumption credit economies.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.

creator workflow distribution.
* Optimize first-run onboarding to reduce drop-off, guiding new users to their
"aha!" moment and building engagement loops for long-term keeping.
* Build product-led viral loops (sharing, remixing, galleries) and collaborate
with the Marketing team on contextual in-app, push, and email re-engagement
flows.
* Partner with G1 to execute consumer/prosumer pricing strategies, optimizing
checkout flows, tier packaging, credit packs, and free-to-paid conversion
loops.
* Lead the growth pod in maintaining an excellent hypothesis-driven
experimentation backlog, balancing quick tactical optimizations with
high-impact architectural bets.
