Product Manager - Mobile Growth, Monetization & Web Funnels at Moongate

About Us Moongate is building the world's leading sound therapy app, helping people sleep better, get focused, and relieve stress. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on scaling to eight-figure ARR while keeping the team small and nimble. The Role You'll own the growth and monetization engine for our app: our web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs. Moongate has strong product-market fit and a large, growing subscriber base. What we need now is someone who can turn that base into compounding revenue through relentless, data-driven experimentation. You'll be thinking strategically, but primarily hands-on: designing tests, building the campaigns and lifecycle journeys, shipping paywall and pricing changes, reading the results, and iterating. You'll work closely with the founders, head of marketing, and our engineering team, to build both growth features, but also to implement the tooling and systems that empower your role. You're a Fit If You have a demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product. You're as comfortable executing as strategizing: building the campaign, configuring the CRM flow, or shipping the paywall yourself. You have hands-on experience with subscription billing flows, like Apple IAP or Stripe. You've built and run CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end. You have a strong mobile subscription/monetization background. You're a good writer with exceptional written English, able to internalize our brand voice and make it your own.
