About the role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. * 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). * 1 year of experience with recommendation systems, ranking systems or search quality. * Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience working on a Search product, particularly in a horizontal feature and quality role. * Experience in re-imagining user experiences to drive step-change improvements. * Ability to work cross-functionally with partner teams and organizations, especially Marketing, Data Science, and User Research. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy. * Develop and secure buy-in for a product vision that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. * Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, revenue). * Organize video information to make it universally accessible and useful for users looking to learn and be entertained. * Shape how users find answers and discover content by solving problems using AI.
