About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
* 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
* 3 years managing and developing consumer-facing mobile or AI-driven UX
products.
* Experience leading Product Management (PM) teams (e.g., people management).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales finance, and other stakeholders.
* 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical
presentations to executive leadership.
* Experience building products that are focused on consumer behavior, audio
design, and conversational user interfaces.
* Experience balancing consumer reach with infrastructure constraints (e.g.,
cost, latency, and model optimization).
* Familiarity with modern machine learning, audio models (ASR, text-to-speech),
LLMs, and foundational models (such as Gemini).

you will help users turn thoughts into interactive conversations and navigate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the end-to-end product goal, streamlining and integration of Search
microphones and Search Live into a cohesive, simplified consumer experience
within main Search.
* Evolve the Voice Search stack away from legacy auto-endpointing to support
natural, long-form queries, multimodal inputs, and advanced multilingual
capabilities powered by Gemini models.
* Scale Search Live to deliver deep, natural, proactive voice conversations and
educational use cases backed by on-screen visuals.
* Partner closely with Gemini research and engineering teams to translate
cutting-edge AI breakthroughs into production-grade consumer features while
balancing scale, cost, and latency.
