EVEREVE is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own the end-to-end digital shopping experience across desktop, mobile web, and app, with emphasis on discovery, acquisition, and the first paths customers take into product. This role will translate customer needs, business goals, data, AI opportunities, and technical feasibility into a clear roadmap that improves how customers find, evaluate, and engage with EVEREVE product. As Product Management continues to evolve at EVEREVE, this person will bring strong product experience, operating rigor, and practical AI fluency to help build scalable, enterprise-level product practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for EVEREVE’s desktop, mobile web, and app shopping experiences, including search, navigation, collections, landing pages, content surfaces, ad-to-site journeys, and guided entry flows.
Define and move key discovery and acquisition outcomes, such as first-touch to product interaction, search-to-product rate, navigation engagement, organic session growth, and conversion quality.
Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO product strategy by partnering with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Site Merchandising on crawlability, site structure, schema, product data enrichment, and AI-driven discovery channels.
Build stronger entry experiences across paid, organic, email, social, and app traffic through intent-based routing, dynamic landing experiences, and personalized shopping paths.
Use funnel data, session behavior, search queries, navigation patterns, customer feedback, and AI-enabled insights to identify opportunities and translate them into prioritized product initiatives.
Own experimentation end-to-end, from hypotheses and success metrics through launch, readout, and iteration.
Lead multi-phase initiatives across Engineering, UX, Analytics, Site Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Stores, external technology partners, and senior stakeholders.
Identify practical AI applications that improve discovery, personalization, product data quality, content efficiency, decision-making, and operational leverage.
Help evolve Product Management discipline by modeling strategic clarity, KPI ownership, prioritization rigor, customer-first thinking, and scalable ways of working.
Requirements
5+ years of digital product management experience in retail, e-commerce, omnichannel, marketplace, consumer shopping, or acquisition/discovery product domains.
Track record owning complex desktop, mobile web, and app customer journeys and improving measurable outcomes such as conversion, engagement, product discovery, search performance, retention, or acquisition efficiency.
Strong product fundamentals across customer discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, experimentation, analytics, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and post-launch optimization.
Experience with discovery, acquisition, or top-of-funnel product surfaces such as search, navigation, landing pages, content systems, personalization, SEO, AEO, GEO, or paid/organic entry experiences.
Practical AI fluency, with the ability to identify useful AI-enabled opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, partner with technical teams, and ensure customer-facing applications are responsible, brand-right, trustworthy, and measurable.
Comfort operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and building structure where Product practices are still forming.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Shopify or similar commerce platforms, plus merchandising, content, search, analytics, experimentation, and personalization tools.
Experience building acquisition, discovery, personalization, app, lifecycle, AI-driven search, GEO, product data enrichment, recommendation, or content automation capabilities.
Interest in fashion, styling, retail, and intuitive customer experiences that reflect the EVEREVE brand.
