About the role

About the Role As an Agent Product Manager at a company building AI software for hospitality, you will coordinate closely with customers, sales, and engineering. The role is primarily customer-facing, with a focus on understanding operational workflows, building repeatable AI agents, and turning customer needs into product improvements. What You'll Do Lead customer onboarding, refinement, optimization, and business review calls to support retention and growth. Build and deploy AI agents for customer workflows, using AI coding assistants to scope and prototype solutions. Identify shared customer needs and translate them into prioritized feature requests for engineering. Partner with engineering to resolve blockers and define new agent capabilities. Automate routine work and improve the efficiency of customer-facing processes. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a customer-facing technical role delivering customer solutions. Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with scripting, RPA, no-code tools, or similar approaches. Ability to scope technical requirements and turn customer needs into implementable specifications. Experience managing customer relationships and leading calls for onboarding, support, or business reviews. Comfort using AI coding assistants to prototype or build solutions, and prioritizing automation versus engineering work across customer requests. Experience with non-technical customers is valuable; hospitality, travel, customer service, or workflow automation platform experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary is $120,000 to $210,000 annually, with 0.15% to 0.60% equity, comprehensive health insurance, and a 401(k) match. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location On-site in San Francisco, California.
