Job responsibilities:
* Define and own the roadmap for the product line; establish and communicate

common goals.
* Build and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships across
business, technology, risk, controls, legal, and compliance teams; facilitate
effective communication and collaboration at all levels.
* Monitor product performance against goals, identify and scope implementation
paths for enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed.
* Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the team
and across the organization.
* Ensure a strong risk and controls environment in partnership with
cross-functional teams.
Â
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical
products (APIs, databases, data processing, or similar).
* Deep experience in the financial technology or payments industry, with a
strong understanding of payment flows, digital wallets, and money movement.
* Proven track record of driving change and delivering results within large,
highly matrixed organizations; adept at navigating ambiguity and structuring
complex problems.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills; able to
influence and align cross-functional and executive teams.
* Demonstrated leadership in building scalable platforms and driving
customer-centric innovation.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience
presenting to senior leadership.
* Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development
lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
* Experience managing risk and controls at scale.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Administration, or comparable field of study.
