Company Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to join Epsilon's Supply Product Management team, responsible for building and evolving the supply platform that powers our clients' programmatic advertising needs. This individual contributor role spans three key areas: assessing and vetting new supply channels and formats to meet revenue goals, defining how AI and agentic workflows can improve supply path performance, and working with cross-function teams on capacity management support our growing global inventory demands. Reporting to the VP of Supply Product Management, the ideal candidate brings deep programmatic expertise, proven product execution skills, and the technical depth to evaluate emerging supply technologies and translate them into well-defined, deliverable product requirements.
Responsibilities
Help define Epsilon's approach to integrating AI and agentic workflows in the supply domain — evaluating emerging agentic protocols and identifying where supply-side agents can interact with buyer agents to improve inventory decisioning
Explore and evaluate supply feasibility for new channels and formats — DOOH, high impact, and retail media — identifying what is required technically to make new supply trustworthy and activatable across Epsilon's DSP partners
Support capacity management and analysis across Epsilon's global footprint – optimizing qps regionally and globally while balancing spend opportunities
Contribute to supply roadmap with business cases, market research and data analysis
Partner closely with Product Management, Media, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Analytics across Publicis Groupe throughout the product lifecycle — from design and feature delivery through launch and post-launch iteration
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, producing requirements, roadmap updates, and executive summaries that keep teams aligned and decisions moving
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or a related discipline
5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in driving product features from concept to launch
Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional teams to deliver
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear user stories, requirements documents, and stakeholder-ready updates across technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency querying and analyzing data (SQL or equivalent) to evaluate product performance, build business cases, and drive prioritization decisions
Preferred
Experience with agency media planning or activation a plus
Experience or knowledge of SSP, publisher integrations and IAB ORTB specs
Experience with supply channels (CTV, DOOH, audio, retail media) and their technical or commercial onboarding requirements
Experience with programmatic agentic protocols (i.e. A2A, MCP, ARTF, AdCP)
