About the role

Company Description Vuori is re-defining what athletic apparel looks like: built to move and sweat in but designed with a casual aesthetic to transition into everyday life. We draw inspiration from an active coastal California lifestyle; an integration of fitness, creative expression and life. Our high energy fast paced retail environment is reflected in the clothes we make. We aim to inspire others to take on all aspects of their lives with clarity, enthusiasm and purpose…while having a lot of fun along the way. We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success. Job Description The Senior Manager, Omni & Growth Product owns the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the omni-channel capabilities that connect our stores, digital channels, and inventory into a single experience for our guests. As the Senior Product Owner, you own RFID-enabled inventory accuracy, Endless Aisle, Ship-from-Store, and Buy Online Pick Up in Store as core. You are accountable for making these capabilities fast, reliable, and profitable at fleet scale, and for the store associate experience that surrounds them. This role operates with meaningful autonomy and visibility. You set direction rather than receive it, lead through both a small direct team and a wide cross-functional coalition, and represent the omni portfolio to retail, digital, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership. What you'll get to do: Own the omni-channel product portfolio, including RFID, Endless Aisle, Ship-from-Store, BOPIS, curbside pickup, store transfers, and cross-channel returns. Define and execute the future-state omni experience across POS, OMS, inventory visibility, mobile associate tools, and ERP integrations. Establish and manage key operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, pick-up readiness, order cancellation rates, and labor efficiency. Lead RFID strategy and execution from pilot through enterprise rollout, including vendor management, hardware standards, operational processes, and performance optimization. Drive growth and optimization of Endless Aisle and Ship-from-Store programs, balancing customer experience, conversion, fulfillment costs, and store workload. Own the end-to-end BOPIS experience, improving both customers' wait times and associate workflows. Build and maintain a 12–24 month omni-channel product roadmap aligned with revenue, margin, and customer experience objectives. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize future growth opportunities, including new fulfillment options, clienteling, personalization, loyalty integration, and frictionless checkout experiences. Develop business cases and investment recommendations, partnering with Finance to quantify revenue, margin, labor, and operational impact. Lead customer, store associate, competitive, and market research to validate opportunities and inform roadmap decisions. Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, pilot programs, and testing strategies to measure performance and validate business impact before scaling initiatives. Act as the primary product partner across Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Engineering, and store leadership teams. Present roadmap strategy, business performance, investment recommendations, and risks to senior and executive leadership while driving cross-functional alignment. Partner with Engineering and Program Management to deliver omni-channel capabilities through agile practices, including roadmap prioritization, backlog management, UAT, pilots, rollout planning, and change management. Lead and develop a team of product managers and analysts while managing key technology vendors, platform partners, and external resources to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous product improvement. Qualifications Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, retail technology, or omni-channel operations, including 5+ years owning products or platforms end to end. Demonstrated ownership of omni-channel capabilities in a multi-store retail environment, with required depth in at least two of: RFID, Ship-from-Store, BOPIS/curbside, Endless Aisle, OMS/order sourcing, or store inventory management. Working fluency in retail store systems: POS, mobile associate applications, order management, inventory visibility and allocation, and ERP integration patterns. Proven track record of taking capability from pilot through full fleet rollout — and of owning it in steady state afterward. Experience building roadmaps and business cases that leadership funded, with measurable revenue or margin outcomes you can speak to directly. Strong quantitative skills: comfortable defining metrics, working in BI tools, interrogating data, and reasoning about unit economics and fulfillment cost. Executive-level written and verbal communication; able to move fluidly between a store back room and a leadership review. Deep agile fluency, with the judgment to know when process helps and when it gets in the way. Experience in apparel, footwear, or specialty retail with an owned store fleet and a meaningful digital business. Familiarity with clienteling, loyalty, and personalization capabilities delivered through store associates. Exposure to international retail, wholesale, or marketplace omni expansion.
