Accountabilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of key product areas, guiding strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across a SaaS product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with engineering, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes and drive product success. Key responsibilities include:
Owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for significant product areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Defining priorities based on outcomes, market insights, customer feedback, and strategic goals rather than focusing only on feature delivery.
Developing and maintaining clear product roadmaps while communicating priorities and trade-offs effectively.
Leading cross-functional teams through product discovery, planning, development, and delivery of complex initiatives.
Creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support engineering and quality assurance teams.
Supporting engineering teams by removing blockers, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring alignment toward meaningful outcomes.
Using product analytics, customer research, and qualitative insights to validate decisions and continuously improve released products.
Acting as the product representative for internal teams including sales, marketing, customer success, and support.
Conducting customer discovery sessions and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
Communicating roadmap decisions, progress, and strategic trade-offs to leadership and external stakeholders.
Promoting AI-driven experimentation and tooling adoption to improve product development workflows and customer experiences.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with strong SaaS expertise, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven ability to deliver complex products in collaboration with technical teams. You should be comfortable operating independently, engaging with customers, and driving decisions in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications and preferred experience include:
Proven experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS environment, with ownership of complex product areas from strategy through delivery.
Strong product strategy skills combined with the ability to execute effectively through cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including confidence presenting to executives and customers.
Experience using product analytics and customer insights to guide product decisions and measure success.
Strong understanding of agile product development practices and iterative delivery processes.
Experience working with AI-powered tools and enthusiasm for applying AI to improve workflows and customer experiences.
Ability to maintain strong execution velocity while collaborating with engineering teams in an AI-assisted development environment.
Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, including platform capabilities, AppExchange dynamics, or Salesforce-native products, is a plus.
Background or experience in payments, events, communications products, mobile applications, or event technology is preferred.
Familiarity with industries such as higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations is advantageous.
Experience mentoring or supporting other product managers is a plus.
Technical, UX, engineering, or consulting experience that supports effective collaboration with technical teams is valued.
