SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - WEALTH MANAGEMENT
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Responsible for CNB's Wealth Management Product Management under the direction of the Wealth Management Product and Programs Strategy Manager. This individual will be responsible for executing strategies for wealth management products and programs, aligning with client needs and market trends, while ensuring competitive advantage and driving business growth. Will support the Private Bank Wealth Management product vision and oversee the CNB Wealth Management Products, Solutions and Programs. This role will be part of CNB's Private Banking and Wealth Management team, and responsibilities will span across all Wealth businesses – RBC Securities, CNB Trust, CNB Investment Management and RBC Rochdale.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develops and implements comprehensive product and program strategies that align with the overall business objectives and client needs.
Product Development and Innovation: Plays a key role in the development and launch of new wealth management products and services, ensuring they meet client needs and market demands per client segmentation guidelines.
Drive WM Fee Income Revenue: Effectively implement product and program strategies crucial for attracting and retaining clients to drive WM fee income
Competitive Analysis: Analyzes the competitive landscape to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation
Process Improvement: Proactively identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and optimization and inform the product roadmap
Enhance Client Experience: Develop and deliver high-quality products and programs, wealth management firms can enhance the client experience and build stronger relationships
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10 years of experience in Wealth Management (Private Bank and Trust Investment Management, brokerage and RIA/Asset Manager)
5+ years of product management, product development, strategic planningexperience including client experience, go-to-market strategies, building sales and marketing systems
Additional Qualifications
Master's degree preferred
Partnering with stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and management, to ensure successful product management.
Client Focus: Understands HNW/UHNW client needs and preferences and translates them into actionable product and program strategies
Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicates complex information to diverse audiences, including executives, sales teams, and cross functional partners.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
In- depth knowledge of industry and competitor products/programs as well as industry practices and standards
Experience with research driven advisory platforms and investment products/ including alternative investments, SMAs, ETFs and mutual funds.
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing high priority projects with varying deadlines
High degree of personal accountability and teamwork with the ability to effectively execute strategic initiatives with stated objectives

Compensation
Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
