Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Accounting Systems

The Role We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our enterprise accounting/finance systems. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our financial systems, with a focus on supporting the unique needs of our e-commerce online grocery business. You will also be responsible for ensuring alignment with our supply chain and e-commerce systems and processes to optimize efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise accounting/finance systems, with a focus on process/system Automation and data quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, accounting, operations, IT, and E-Commerce to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with business objectives Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and iterate on features to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction Develop a deep understanding of supply chain and e-commerce systems and processes and identify opportunities for integration and optimization with enterprise accounting/finance systems Partner with supply chain, operations, and e-commerce teams to optimize accounting/finance processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise accounting/finance systems and provide guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and enterprise software systems, with experience in the e-commerce sector being highly desirable General understanding of supply chain and e-commerce systems and processes, with the ability to identify integration opportunities and drive alignment across product portfolios Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Agile) Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience with cloud-based technologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise integrations is a plus BELONG TO A BETTER COMPANY Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability) Competitive salary (DOE) + equity 401k plan 9 Observed Holidays Flexible Paid Time Off Subsidized ClassPass Membership with access to fitness classes and wellness and beauty experiences Ability to work in our beautiful office in Playa Vista Free Thrive Market membership with exclusive employee discount Coverage for Life Coaching & Therapy Sessions on our holistic mental health and well-being platform We're a community of more than 1 Million + members who are united by a singular belief: It should be easy to find better products, support better brands, make better choices, and build a better world in the process. This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
