About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Creatives) based in the United States. As a Senior Product Manager on the Creatives team, you will own a strategic portfolio focused on transforming how advertisers create and manage digital advertising content. You will lead 0โ†’1 product initiatives across video, CTV, AI-generated content, brand assets, and creative integrations. The role combines product strategy, technical decision-making, creative thinking, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Creative Studio, and Revenue to turn ambitious ideas into scalable products. A major focus will be applying AI and generative technologies to creative workflows and multi-channel advertising experiences. This is an opportunity to define new products, shape emerging technology, and build experiences that help advertisers create high-quality content at scale. \n Accountabilities: Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio spanning video and CTV creative tools, AI-generated and branded content products, and integrations with social and external partner platforms. Lead 0โ†’1 initiatives from initial discovery through launch and adoption, researching and validating problems, framing opportunities, defining product direction, and driving execution. Translate complex, cross-functional problems into clear product vision, requirements, and actionable specifications that provide Engineering, Design, and Quality Engineering teams with clear direction. Partner closely with Data Science and Engineering to determine how AI, machine learning, and generative content capabilities can be applied across creative formats while making informed technical and product trade-offs. Define product success metrics and KPIs, monitor performance, and use data to determine which initiatives to prioritize, discontinue, or expand. Collaborate with Creative Studio to ensure product capabilities reflect real-world creative workflows and meet high standards for creative quality, usability, and brand consistency. Develop integrations with external platforms and partners to expand the range of creative assets, formats, and capabilities available within the creative ecosystem. Maintain clear and proactive communication across teams, ensuring stakeholders understand priorities, decisions, progress, and expected outcomes. Support customer-facing teams by answering questions related to the product portfolio and helping investigate and triage bugs, regressions, and customer-impacting issues. Balance creative quality, technical feasibility, customer needs, business value, and measurable outcomes when making product decisions. Provide leadership through influence, creating alignment across multiple disciplines and helping teams move confidently through ambiguous and evolving problem spaces. Requirements: Bring proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology company, with a track record of delivering large, complex software products from concept through launch and adoption. Demonstrate successful experience leading 0โ†’1 initiatives across multiple teams, bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces and rallying stakeholders around a clear product direction. Have experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, creative technology, or related platforms; experience with creative-building tools or generative AI products is particularly relevant. Demonstrate strong fluency in AI/ML and generative AI concepts, with the ability to partner effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams, understand technical capabilities and limitations, and make informed product decisions. Bring a technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of hands-on technical experience that enables credible discussions around architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs. Demonstrate strong design and creative judgment, combining an understanding of what makes an experience compelling with the technical depth required to work closely with engineering teams. Be an excellent cross-functional collaborator who can work effectively across Engineering, Design, Creative Studio, Data Science, Revenue, and other stakeholder groups. Communicate clearly and structure complex ideas into concise product narratives, requirements, and recommendations that build consensus and alignment. Demonstrate strong prioritization skills grounded in business impact, product strategy, customer value, and measurable KPIs. Bring an independent, influential leadership style with the judgment to make decisions and drive progress without relying on formal authority. Be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where product direction, technology, and customer needs continue to evolve. Benefits: United States base salary range of $144,000โ€“$198,000 USD, with final compensation influenced by experience, technical skills, knowledge, education, certifications, organizational needs, and budget alignment. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and other incentives depending on the role. Remote-first working environment, with the role available to candidates located in the United States. Retirement savings and 401(k) or pension programs, depending on location. Competitive paid time off packages, including birthday time off. Health benefits beginning on the first day of employment. Access to comprehensive mental health care and wellness support. Work-from-home reimbursement. Optional global WeWork membership and access to workplace hubs where available. Robust training and onboarding programs. Support for professional development initiatives, including conferences, courses, and books. Access to programmatic advertising courses and certifications supporting continuous learning. Parental leave programs. Friendly, welcoming, and supportive workplace culture. Social and team events that encourage collaboration and connection. Benefits and perks may vary depending on country of employment and the nature of the engagement. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
