About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
* 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
* Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial
Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience building agents and agentic workflows.
* Experience working within the marketing domain, such as growth or ad tech
infrastructure.
* Experience with media generation technologies, including image or video
generation.

Core Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI for Marketing,
building 0-to-1 capabilities. In this role, you will set the direction for how
generative AI rebuilds marketing operations from early concept creation to final
campaign delivery.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build 0-to-1 solutions and identify new areas of investment to reimagine
marketing, from early concept creation to final campaign delivery.
* Develop and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for generative AI in
marketing and content generation.
* Prototype with AI tools to advance media generation, campaign context
systems, and marketing workflows.
