This role offers the opportunity to build and shape a new community-driven product experience from the ground up. As a senior product leader, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution of engagement initiatives designed to create meaningful user connections and drive long-term growth. You will own key product metrics, develop experimentation frameworks, and identify opportunities to strengthen retention, sharing, and habit formation. Working closely with design, engineering, analytics, and leadership teams, you will transform customer insights into scalable product experiences. This position is ideal for someone passionate about consumer products, growth loops, and building impactful solutions that improve people’s financial behaviors.

Accountabilities:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and growth of a community-focused product area by combining strategic thinking, customer insights, experimentation, and strong execution. You will be responsible for creating engagement mechanisms that encourage adoption, retention, and organic growth while collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact experiences.
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for community features, focusing on engagement loops, network effects, referrals, and user growth.
Own key product metrics including daily active users, retention, sharing behavior, referral performance, and habit formation.
Build and manage a structured experimentation process by developing hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling successful initiatives.
Translate user research, competitive insights, and data analysis into prioritized product opportunities and actionable roadmaps.
Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to deliver high-quality product experiences from concept through launch.
Develop social sharing mechanics, engagement features, and habit-building experiences that encourage long-term user participation.
Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
Advocate for customer-focused decision-making and help establish best practices for product discovery and execution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on product leader with experience building consumer products, growth platforms, and engagement-driven experiences. You should be comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment, making data-informed decisions, and leading initiatives with significant customer impact.
Proven experience managing growth, engagement, community, or consumer-facing products within social, gaming, technology, or high-growth environments.
Demonstrated success launching products or features that improved engagement, retention, referrals, or user growth.
Strong understanding of growth mechanics, referral programs, engagement loops, social features, and network effects.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including defining hypotheses, measuring results, and making product decisions based on insights.
Ability to use data tools and write SQL queries to independently analyze product performance.
Experience taking products from early concepts through launch in fast-moving environments with limited resources.
Strong product strategy, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence leadership teams and advocate for bold product investments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in product management, business, technology, marketing, or a related field preferred.
