You will work closely with engineering, design, security, sales, customer success, and executive leadership teams to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UEM, MDM, and enterprise security capabilities.
Own the complete product lifecycle, from market research and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
Identify emerging trends and customer needs across endpoint management, device security, identity, compliance, and enterprise mobility.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise products.
Drive prioritization based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, competitive positioning, and market opportunity.
Work with security teams to incorporate endpoint protection, access controls, policy enforcement, compliance, threat management, and security best practices.
Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to understand enterprise requirements and translate feedback into product improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a strong understanding of the UEM, MDM, endpoint security, and enterprise mobility landscape.
Define product KPIs and use data, customer feedback, and market insights to measure performance and improve product outcomes.
Lead product launches, go-to-market planning, enablement, and stakeholder communication.
Mentor product managers and contribute to establishing strong product management practices across the organization.
Must-Have Skills
10–20 years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software, cybersecurity, endpoint management, or mobility solutions.
Strong hands-on expertise in UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) and MDM (Mobile Device Management) products.
Deep understanding of Enterprise Security, endpoint security, device compliance, access management, and security policies.
Experience managing enterprise B2B products serving large organizations and complex technology environments.
Strong understanding of endpoint platforms and device ecosystems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and related enterprise management frameworks.
Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and go-to-market plans.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Zero Trust, IAM, SSO, conditional access, endpoint detection and response, or security compliance.
Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS and enterprise security architectures.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements affecting enterprise endpoint management.
Experience building products for global enterprises and managing complex customer deployments.
Technical background or experience working closely with engineering and security architecture teams.
What You’ll Bring
The successful candidate will combine strong product leadership with deep domain expertise in UEM, MDM, and enterprise security.
