This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of a next-generation cloud product portfolio serving legal professionals.
You will define a unified product vision while identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
The role combines customer advocacy, business strategy, product execution, and commercial thinking.
You will work closely with engineering, sales, customer service, finance, and other stakeholders to bring high-value capabilities to market.
Your decisions will directly influence product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth.

Accountabilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a unified product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives, while identifying opportunities to embed AI and automation into customer workflows.
Commercial Strategy: Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new features, modules, and AI-powered offerings, balancing customer value, competitive positioning, margins, and profitability.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Conduct customer research, field visits, analytics reviews, and market analysis to identify validated needs and prioritize initiatives that improve adoption, satisfaction, retention, and measurable customer ROI.
Product Lifecycle Management: Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation and requirements through launch, optimization, and ongoing evolution. Maintain a prioritized backlog supported by clear business and financial rationale.
Product Documentation: Create structured PRDs, functional specifications, workflow definitions, acceptance criteria, and other documentation that enables effective collaboration between engineering, QA, sales, and go-to-market teams.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with engineering and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent, and user-friendly solutions while monitoring product performance and iterating based on data and feedback.
Go-to-Market & Adoption: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to increase feature utilization, cross-sell opportunities, customer retention, and overall product adoption.
Product Enablement: Develop user guides, online help, training materials, product demonstrations, videos, and other internal and external resources that support product launches and customer success.
Partnerships: Work with sales on technology, platform, integration, and reseller relationships, providing roadmap guidance and supporting joint go-to-market initiatives.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive developments, market trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies to inform long-term product strategy and identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Product Management Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS or software, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and roadmaps across multiple products or a complex product portfolio; direct legal technology experience is strongly preferred.
Alternative Legal Technology Background: Candidates with 7+ years as an Application Specialist, Application Engineer, Application Manager, or similar professional within a law firm may also be considered, particularly where they have directly owned attorney and legal staff workflows and systems.
Legal Industry Expertise: Deep, firsthand understanding of law firm operations and the workflows, needs, and challenges of attorneys and legal support professionals.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate customer, market, and product data into actionable roadmap, pricing, monetization, and business strategies.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of recurring-revenue SaaS models, pricing, margins, ROI, customer lifecycle management, and sustainable growth.
AI & Innovation: Understanding of AI and automation applications in software products, with the ability to identify practical opportunities to improve workflows and customer value.
Product Execution: Strong experience managing backlogs, requirements, cross-functional delivery, product launches, and continuous product improvement.
Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
UX Orientation: Strong product and user-experience sensibility, with a focus on creating intuitive solutions that address genuine customer needs.
Leadership Style: Customer-obsessed, data-driven, collaborative, and execution-oriented, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
Preferred: Proven success in SaaS pricing or monetization, experience launching and scaling software products, and familiarity with AI-driven development methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
