About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States. This is an opportunity to shape the product direction of an innovative agentic AI platform designed for high-stakes government and national security applications. You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, artificial intelligence, engineering, data science, and mission needs. The role combines customer discovery, roadmap development, rapid experimentation, and hands-on product delivery. You’ll translate complex user needs into clear product requirements and help teams deliver meaningful user value sprint after sprint. Working across engineering, design, data science, capture, customers, and leadership, you’ll help build a reusable orchestration layer for advanced AI applications. The environment values entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, user-centered design, and the flexibility to tackle emerging priorities. This is a fully remote U.S. role offering the chance to influence how agentic AI supports intelligence, cyber, information operations, and decision-making. \n Accountabilities Develop and maintain a compelling product vision for an agentic AI orchestration platform in collaboration with customers, stakeholders, technical leaders, and domain experts. Conduct customer discovery, market research, user interviews, and rapid experimentation to identify unmet needs, validate concepts, and continuously refine the product backlog and roadmap. Translate customer and mission requirements into clear product priorities, well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements that enable engineering teams to deliver measurable user value. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional partners to develop and deliver agentic AI capabilities. Support the integration of advanced AI technologies into product workflows, helping translate technical capabilities into intuitive and valuable user experiences. Engage customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders throughout the innovation and development process, communicating product direction, progress, priorities, and trade-offs clearly. Advocate for solving real customer problems through product functionality and ensure user needs remain central to product decisions. Work with other Product Managers to identify opportunities for shared capabilities and maximize value across multiple product lines. Drive a user-centered product culture and help influence organizational practices toward stronger discovery, experimentation, and customer-driven development. Create rapid prototypes and experiments to test new product ideas quickly and inform product strategy. Apply systems thinking when evaluating platform capabilities, modular architectures, configuration-driven functionality, and opportunities for reuse. Remain adaptable and willing to contribute across product initiatives and priorities as the team and technology evolve. Requirements Demonstrated experience working with technical leads, designers, data scientists, and domain experts to build intuitive and effective user experiences. Experience partnering with data scientists to incorporate AI into products or pipelines is required. Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI and related technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP, A2A, MCPApps, or RAG is a strong differentiator. Proven experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to define and deliver products that address complex problems. Strong understanding of modern Product Management practices across discovery and delivery, including backlog management, roadmap development, user stories, experimentation, and rapid prototyping. Experience working in Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies within cross-functional teams. Strong customer orientation and the ability to advocate effectively for user needs and product outcomes. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to prioritize what is best for the product and broader mission. Experience developing products for government users, particularly in environments with technology-access constraints or limited opportunities for direct user interaction, is preferred. Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models, generative AI, or related technologies is a plus. Experience applying systems thinking to platform technologies, particularly modular and configuration-driven software, is advantageous. Interest in supporting U.S. government missions involving intelligence analysis, electronic warfare, cyber operations, and countering foreign adversaries is beneficial. Minimum TS security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Ability to travel as needed to engage with customers and colleagues supporting cleared programs. Benefits Salary range: $158,757–$238,135 USD annually, with actual compensation determined by factors including experience, education, skills, geographic location, and organizational requirements. Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support comprehensive health and wellness. Life and disability insurance coverage. Retirement benefits to support long-term financial planning. Paid leave and time off. Tuition assistance to support continued education and professional growth. Professional development opportunities to help employees expand their skills and advance their careers. Fully remote U.S. work environment with flexibility to structure the workday around team collaboration. Opportunity to work on innovative agentic AI technologies supporting complex, high-impact applications. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams spanning product, engineering, design, data science, customers, and mission experts. Opportunity to contribute to products supporting critical national security and government missions. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
