Lead merchandising and promotional strategy, determining which programs and offers receive visibility and how they are positioned to customers.
Collaborate with brand, content, demand, and growth teams on messaging, creative, launches, seasonal campaigns, and conversion strategies.

Working knowledge of subscription and digital health unit economics, including patient acquisition, retention, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and payback.
Strong partner management and commercial skills, with the ability to establish expectations, evaluate performance, negotiate effectively, and manage complex relationships.
Proven product leadership experience spanning strategy, execution, optimization, and measurable business outcomes.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, particularly within businesses scaling from early-stage concepts toward larger operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate customer, operational, and financial data into product decisions.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence engineering, design, marketing, growth, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
