prioritize outreach, and track next-best actions.
* Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting that provide
visibility into lead sources, pipeline health, advisor engagement, and
conversion performance.

reduce operational friction for banking teams.

and engage with high-potential prospects.
* Partner with data science, analytics, and technology teams to evaluate
AI-enabled capabilities such as lead scoring, next-best-action
recommendations, automated insights, outreach support, pipeline summaries,
and prospect research assistance.

productivity while supporting appropriate controls, transparency, and user
trust.
* Gather advisor feedback on AI-powered tools to ensure recommendations are
practical, explainable, and aligned to real-world workflows.
* Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI-enabled features and recommend
enhancements based on data and user feedback.
Advisor & Stakeholder Engagement
* Serve as a voice of the advisor within the Digital Team, bringing practical
insight from the field into product decisions.
* Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, journey mapping, and workflow
reviews with advisors, bankers, managers, and support teams.
* Build strong relationships with Private Bank stakeholders to understand
business priorities and ensure digital solutions align with advisor needs.
* Support training, communications, and adoption efforts for new or enhanced
lead, prospect, and AI-enabled tools.

lead quality, assignment timeliness, follow-up activity, conversion rates,
advisor adoption, and AI feature engagement.
* Partner with analytics and reporting teams to monitor product performance and
identify opportunities for improvement.
* Use data and user feedback to recommend enhancements, prioritize features,
and improve business outcomes.
* Help create consistent measurement frameworks for prospect pipeline
management across teams and regions.

partner effectively with design, technology, analytics, data science, and
business teams.

a fast-paced environment.
