About the role

vision and influence. Chase is seeking a dedicated, and innovative Product
Manager to be part of the rapidly growing Open Banking product. In this role,
you will use your experience in customer-focused outcomes and strong delivery
track record to enable customers to easily and securely share their financial
data to work to manage their finances across the ecosystem and FinTechs, and
seamlessly control these permissions through Chase’s Security Center. They will
also have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders,
representing Chase at industry forums.
As a Senior Associate, in Open Banking, you will lead innovation through the
development of products and features that delight customers. As a product
manager on the team, you leverage your capabilities to challenge traditional
approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous
innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking
solutions that address customer needs. You will support the Open Banking product
roadmap, defining features, enhancements, and customer-facing capabilities that
drive secure data sharing, customer control, and partner integration.
Collaborate and work with the Agentic AI team to identify and develop product
features to enhance the data sharing customer experience.
Job responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end product strategy and vision for secure data sharing,
including customer consent flows, permission management, aggregator and
direct connector integrations, and the self-service developer portal
experience
* Work on the product backlog to drive value for our customers, shareholders,
and stakeholders
* Execute business and technical requirement analysis, definition and JIRA
management
* Write initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, partnering with other product
managers, engineering, design, data, architecture, and stakeholder teams
* Partner with engineering leads to oversee development team and ensure
effective sprint planning and utilization of development cycles
* Develop requirements for Agentic AI ingestion into our current data sharing
platforms, ensuring that they meet customer experience and security standards
and requirements
* Develop and manage collaborative relationships across Chase to discover and
define customer needs, to ensure timely and clear communication, to design
solutions, and to drive commitment for critical dependencies
* Maintain deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience
journeys and ensure clear documentation of technical solutions
* Engage in and drive testing and validation across feature delivery
* Act as a strategic partner across the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 3+ years of digital product management or relevant experience
* Ability to map customer journeys and business processes and identify
requirements
* Experience with agile product development techniques and practices
* Experience in defining and building out product roadmap
* Experience with APIs
* Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent
written communication skills
* Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
* Demonstrable experience working on a regulated product or feature set
* Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning,
organizational and presentation skills
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with JIRA
* Minimum BA/BS degree required or relevant experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience with open banking and data sharing APIs (a plus)
* Experience in AI or machine learning automation (a plus)
* Experience using AI LLM tools (a plus)
