About the role
Join a dynamic team focused on cash products within Securities Services. As a
Product Manager, you will support the development and implementation of cash
product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our
product offerings and solutions. You will also collaborate with colleagues from
Treasury, Treasury Services, and the Payments business to ensure seamless
integration and execution of cash products.
Job summary:
In this role, you will work with global Cash & Liquidity teams to define
solutions that support client businesses globally for the full suite of cash
products, including payments, receipts, reporting, messaging, and deposit center
footprint. As a Cash Product Manager, you will oversee the full suite of cash
products for clients and markets supported by Securities Services, with a focus
on the Americas. You will take ownership of shaping the strategic landscape of
cash products in the short, medium, and long term, driving innovation and
efficiency in a complex and evolving environment. The team reports to the Global
Head of Cash Product and is part of the Custody organization within Securities
Services. Based in New York or Tampa, this role offers an exciting opportunity
to contribute to the definition and financial performance of cash capabilities
within Securities Services at one of the world's leading custodians.
Job responsibilities:
* Responsible for Billing and Pricing, driving revenue for cash transactions.
* Responsible for the Standard Settlement Instruction product for accurate
payment information.
* Lead support for the US Domestic Dollar offering and its evolving payments
landscape.
* Develop a robust understanding of the Securities Services client base and
market dynamics, including competition, regulatory changes, emerging client
requirements, and product needs.
* Design and optimize the cash operating model to reduce risk and enhance
product value by expanding core cash services and enhancing client
experience.
* Shape and support the implementation of the strategic vision for cash
products and intraday liquidity management.
* Develop solutions for client requirements and new product developments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Experience in product management or related roles within financial services.
* Strong understanding of cash products, payments, and liquidity management.
* Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
* Analytical skills to assess market dynamics and client requirements.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to drive innovation and efficiency in a complex environment.
* Inclusive leadership skills and ability to resolve product-related issues.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Familiarity with regulatory changes and market competition in Securities
Services.
* Experience with RFI and RFP processes.
* Ability to support internal and external product training and selling.
* Vision to identify and implement opportunities for product expansion.
