The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and UX designers to define product priorities, manage the backlog, and deliver business value.The role requires strong knowledge of Workday, HCM processes, and Agile methodologies, along with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.Must have 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in enterprise environments or regulated industries.Strong knowledge of Workday and Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management.Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process documentation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on Product Owner who can translate business needs into clear requirements, manage day-to-day product priorities, and work effectively with business and engineering teams.
