Product Manager, Product Growth

About the Role Join a consumer gaming platform as a hands-on Product Growth Manager focused on the creator side of a two-sided marketplace. You will build the creator growth function, helping creators move from their first visit to publishing their first game. What You'll Do Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve key growth metrics. Create mockups and prototypes, including through coding, and partner with front-end engineers to take successful ideas into production. Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and develop strategies for creator acquisition and engagement. Gather feedback from creators in community channels and turn it into product iterations. Work with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and build a scalable growth function. What We're Looking For Two to four years of product management or product growth experience on a consumer product, including ownership of acquisition, activation, or retention. Experience independently running growth experiments, analyzing results, and applying what you learn. A hands-on individual contributor who has built product prototypes, scripts, or side projects. Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent technical background, plus data analytics skills. Experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, A/B testing, and AI-assisted prototyping. Background in creator products, user-generated content, gaming, or two-sided marketplaces is valuable. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually.
