Product Manager lll - Never Wonder

We are launching  Never Wonder, a strategic new product initiative to transform how people experience their homes. Never Wonder will turn raw smart-home data into personalized, AI-driven insights and recommendations — helping customers never wonder what’s happening, what to do next, or how to get more out of their homes.  What You’ll Do  * Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bring product strategy to life through strong execution and delivery * Take early-stage product concepts and turn them into actionable plans, requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes * Work across AI-enabled product experiences, developing a practical understanding of how emerging AI capabilities can solve customer problems * Collaborate with design and research partners to gather user feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously iterate on product experiences * Drive day-to-day product decisions with limited oversight, identifying gaps, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum across initiatives * Translate broad business goals into concrete features, experiments, and launches that create customer and business impact * Work effectively within ambiguity, helping move ideas from approximately 60% defined to fully realized customer solutions * Coordinate with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product roadmaps * Use data, customer insights, and operational metrics to evaluate product performance and inform prioritization decisions * Serve as a force multiplier for the team by increasing execution velocity and helping the organization move faster What You’ll Bring  * 4+ years of product management experience delivering customer-facing products or platforms * Demonstrated ability to execute effectively in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities * Strong understanding of product development processes, including requirements gathering, prioritization, launch planning, and post-launch iteration * Ability to independently own projects and drive outcomes without requiring constant direction from leadership * Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders * Practical understanding of AI technologies and their application within consumer or enterprise products * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset * Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and drive decisions * Comfort operating in situations where strategy is partially defined and execution excellence is critical * A bias toward action and a track record of turning ideas into shipped products * Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with teams in China Preferred Qualifications * Experience building or launching AI-powered products, features, or workflows * Experience translating strategic product direction into detailed execution plans and measurable deliverables * Familiarity with user research methodologies and data-driven product iteration * Experience working in high-growth or startup environments where ownership and adaptability are critical * Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch * Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints while maintaining execution speed * Experience identifying opportunities to improve product quality, usability, and customer satisfaction through continuous iteration Base Salary range of $140,000 - $190,000 DOE + bonus target up to 20% + equity
