As a Product Manager supporting Business Banking Lending, you will own the
product vision and roadmap for Pricing and Risk Decision capabilities that
enable smarter, faster, and more consistent credit and pricing outcomes. You
will define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for these capabilities—from
discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption—ensuring that Lending
teams have the tools, workflows, and decision support they need to evaluate
risk, set pricing, and approve transactions with confidence. You are hands-on
with AI tools, using them to accelerate discovery, investigate existing system
functionality, generate requirements, and draft test cases, while also being a
strong decision-maker who can identify the right solution options, align
cross-functional partners, and own execution through to outcome. With a strong
commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will partner closely
with technology, risk, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to build
features that improve decision quality, reduce cycle time, and support business
growth.
