building scalable internal products that simplify workflows, reduce manual

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to productize internal

AI-enabled experiences, and integrations that can be leveraged across
multiple teams. Â
* Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to
improve employee productivity and operational effectiveness. Â
* Prioritize product investments by balancing business impact, operational
efficiency, technical complexity, and long-term scalability. Â
* Measure success through operational outcomes, including adoption, process
efficiency, time savings, and employee experience.Â
QUALIFICATIONS
* 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, with a strong track
record of delivering technically complex products. Â

system integrations, data platforms, workflow automation, and scalable
architectures. Â
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly
articulate strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs. Â
* Demonstrated ability to deeply understand operational workflows and identify
opportunities to improve efficiency through product solutions. Â
