Accountabilities:
The Product Manager I - Foundational Services will own key aspects of product strategy, prioritization, and delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams to create valuable customer experiences. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer empathy, technical collaboration, and execution excellence.
Identify customer needs through research, interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis, and feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze business challenges, market trends, and competitive insights to define product opportunities and inform solution development.
Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, and initiatives that maximize customer and business value.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, refine user stories, manage epics, and support successful product delivery.
Translate customer and business problems into clear product strategies, solutions, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate communication across product, engineering, design, implementation, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Use analytics, customer insights, and performance data to guide roadmap decisions and continuously improve product experiences.
Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing optimization efforts by measuring results and identifying improvement opportunities.
Partner with leadership and stakeholders to balance immediate priorities with long-term product strategy.
Ensure effective collaboration with other product teams to maintain consistent processes and delivery standards.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings experience managing digital products in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment, with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. A customer-focused mindset and ability to manage complex priorities are essential for success.
3+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B, SaaS, web-based, or technology-driven environments.
Demonstrated experience managing product initiatives from opportunity identification through roadmap planning, execution, and measurement.
Experience working with technical products, APIs, or software platforms is preferred.
Strong understanding of product discovery, backlog management, prioritization, and agile development practices.
Ability to gather requirements, define user stories, and collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
Data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and measuring product impact.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with product management or project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, PivotalTracker, or similar platforms.
Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is a plus.

Competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $140,000, based on experience and qualifications.
