About Physitrack Group
Physitrack Group Plc is a digital health software company listed on Nasdaq First North. Our software is used by clinicians and employers in more than 100 countries.
We run two product lines:
Physitrack and Lifecare, used by physiotherapists, clinics and health systems for exercise prescription, remote therapeutic monitoring and motion capture.
Champion Health, a workplace wellbeing platform sold to employers.
The role
We are hiring a Product Manager to own a core area of the Physitrack platform. You will sit in New York alongside the Head of Product and work daily with engineering, plus commercial and clinical colleagues across the group.
This is the right role for someone who has done two or three years of solid product work and is ready to own an area outright rather than support someone else who does. You will get real scope early. You will also get a Head of Product who expects you to form a view, make the call and be accountable for what happens next.
What you will do
Own the roadmap for your product area, from discovery through to launch and adoption.
Talk to clinicians, clinic owners and health system buyers regularly, and turn what you hear into prioritised, well framed problems.
Write clear specifications and acceptance criteria, and work alongside engineers through delivery rather than handing work over.
Define the success measures for everything you ship, instrument them, and report honestly on whether they were met.
Work with sales, customer success and marketing so that launches land commercially, not just technically.
What we are looking for
You will come battery included! We are looking for self starters who want to drive our business forward. We are lean team and everyone has to contribute. You will be comfortable with extreme ownership.
Around three years in product management, in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning a feature area or product surface, with something concrete you shipped that moved a metric.
Comfortable with technical detail. You can hold your own with engineers on API design, data models and trade-offs, without being an engineer yourself.
Evidence of working directly with customers, not through a research function.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, digital health or a regulated software environment.
Familiarity with US healthcare reimbursement, EMR integration or remote monitoring.
Experience working with engineering teams in another country or time zone.
What we offer
Ownership of a product used by clinicians in over 100 countries.
Direct access to the executive team and a short route from idea to decision.
Room to grow quickly. This is a team where scope expands as fast as you can take it.

How to apply
Apply through Team Tailor with your CV and a short note covering one product decision you made that you would defend today, and one you would not.
