This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in United States. The Product Manager will lead the strategy and delivery of infrastructure products and services that support a large-scale digital platform serving millions of users. You will own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and backlog for critical infrastructure capabilities used by engineering teams. The role sits at the intersection of product management, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, software engineering, and government technology priorities. You will translate complex technical needs, operational risks, user feedback, and strategic objectives into clear product initiatives and measurable outcomes. A key focus will be balancing reliability, scalability, security, modernization, technical debt, performance, and developer experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders, government stakeholders, platform teams, and technical users to drive informed product decisions. This is an opportunity to shape foundational technology capabilities in a mission-driven environment where secure, reliable, and efficient digital services have meaningful public impact. \n Accountabilities: Own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for infrastructure services supporting a large-scale digital platform. Establish clear product goals and measurable outcomes across infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, performance, and developer experience. Develop a deep understanding of the infrastructure products, shared services, deployment environments, and tooling that engineering teams rely on. Translate engineering needs, operational risks, user research, platform strategy, and government priorities into actionable product initiatives. Balance investments across new capabilities, modernization, reliability, technical debt, security improvements, operational needs, and developer experience. Identify dependencies, sequencing, and priorities across major infrastructure initiatives to support effective delivery. Communicate infrastructure priorities, roadmap decisions, and product outcomes clearly to platform leadership, engineering teams, and government stakeholders. Treat cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, shared services, and infrastructure tooling as products with internal engineering teams as their users. Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, engineering leadership, platform teams, and teams building digital services. Use operational metrics, user feedback, and qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization and product decisions. Define KPIs and continuously measure product outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Bring at least 10 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner working with technical products, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise software, or internal engineering services. Hold a bachelor’s degree. Demonstrate strong product management expertise across product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, backlog management, and Agile delivery. Have proven experience working closely with infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or software engineering teams. Possess strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices. Understand concepts including cloud computing, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, deployment environments, observability, and production operations. Demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear product outcomes, priorities, and actionable plans. Be comfortable using operational metrics, user feedback, and qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions. Have experience defining KPIs and measuring product performance and outcomes. Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and government audiences. Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Have reliable internet service that supports effective telecommuting and be available during standard Monday-through-Friday business hours, with occasional extended or weekend hours based on operational needs. Benefits: Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements.
