About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, across personal and commercial lines, to lead the development and enhancement of our pricing and rating platform capabilities for the US market. In this role, you will own a portion of the P&C product roadmap and serve as a product interface with US-based carriers and clients while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
P&C Product Management: Own a product roadmap for P&C pricing, rating, and filing capabilities across personal and commercial lines, driving strategy, prioritization, and execution aligned with market and customer needs.
Filing Automation: Lead product management for filing and regulatory automation, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of circulars, rule changes, and compliance requirements.
Customer Engagement: Serve as a US-based product interface with carriers and clients, gathering feedback, translating customer needs into product requirements, and building trusted relationships with key accounts.
GTM & Sales Enablement: Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create enablement materials, deliver product demos, and support competitive positioning for P&C capabilities.
Engineering Partnership: Work directly with engineering team to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive delivery of high-quality product increments.
AI-Driven Capabilities: Identify and productize modern AI opportunities within P&C capabilities and workflows, including generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted decision-making.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to execute the product roadmap, drive improvements, and resolve issues.
Requirements
You’ll do it using:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on P&C insurance (personal and/or commercial lines)
Understanding with regulatory filing processes
Proven experience working directly with carrier clients and customer-facing teams in a B2B SaaS or InsurTech context
Experience with go-to-market execution, including sales enablement, product demos, and competitive positioning
Experience with Agile product development methodologies
Strong pulse on the InsurTech landscape: market trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and evolving carrier demands that shape product strategy
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Nice to have:
Experience across both personal and commercial lines
Background in InsurTech or insurance software vendors (vs carrier-side only)
Experience with pricing platforms or rating engines
Exposure to modern AI capabilities (generative AI, intelligent automation) in an enterprise or insurance context
You’ll excel by:
Operating independently: owning a roadmap end-to-end and driving execution without heavy oversight
Communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering teams to carrier executives
Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, systemic perspective
Translating complex regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
Building trusted relationships with US-based carriers and internal stakeholders
Bringing attention to detail and an analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
