Key ResponsibilitiesLead product strategy and roadmap for AI‑enabled pharmacy solutions.Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful products.Define requirements, user stories, and success metrics for AI‑driven features.Drive product lifecycle from ideation → design → build → launch → scale.Incorporate AI capabilities such as automation, intelligent routing, data enrichment, analytics, and decision support.Collaborate across hybrid onsite/offshore teams to ensure successful execution. Required Skills & Experience7–10 years in product management, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML‑enabled products.Strong domain knowledge in pharmacy or healthcare technology.Proven experience building products from scratch and scaling them.Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns, data pipelines, and governance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
