You will own a unified roadmap spanning AI Transformation and Salesforce, balancing emerging opportunities with the needs of internal users and business teams. The position offers the opportunity to bring generative AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation into real-world products and processes. You will lead product development end to end, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Success will require close collaboration with engineering, business, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders. Coordinate product launches, go-to-market activities, and adoption initiatives with business units to ensure new capabilities deliver measurable value. Ensure AI initiatives and Salesforce platform enhancements are strategically sequenced, with dependencies understood and stakeholder expectations effectively managed. Partner with business units, Legal, Security, Compliance, AI governance stakeholders, and Salesforce users across sales and operations to support adoption and identify new opportunities. Establish and monitor key product metrics, using data and user insights to evaluate performance and guide iterative product improvements. Communicate product strategy, progress, decisions, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership, stakeholders, engineers, and squad members in a clear, audience-appropriate manner. Drive innovation through generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and other emerging technologies that can improve employee and customer experiences. Operate with a strong bias toward action, making pragmatic decisions and moving initiatives forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML-enabled products, including complex data, processing, and analytical workflows that produce measurable business outcomes. Proven track record of applying AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows, to deliver tangible business value. Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform is strongly preferred, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, release cycles, and administration/configuration concepts. Strong product management experience spanning discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmapping, backlog management, and delivery. Data-driven mindset with the ability to define meaningful product metrics, interpret insights, and translate findings into product improvements. Proven ability to work effectively across engineering, business, Legal, Security, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Entrepreneurial and innovative approach, with experience building or scaling products from the ground up and making sound decisions amid ambiguity. Strong bias toward action and the ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on day-to-day execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and executive audiences. Strong customer and user orientation, with the ability to translate business needs into products and experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
