Principal Product Manager - Telehealth

You will help define the future of connected healthcare programs through thoughtful product decisions, strong execution, and customer-focused innovation. \n Accountabilities: The Principal Product Manager will own the strategy, execution, and growth of telehealth-related products and experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational leadership, and hands-on product execution to create scalable healthcare solutions. Develop and execute product strategies for telehealth-connected offerings, workflows, and customer experiences. Define, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue growth, user experience, and operational efficiency. Design and optimize end-to-end telehealth journeys, including scheduling, digital intake, provider review, documentation delivery, payment workflows, and follow-up experiences. Partner with engineering teams to integrate telehealth platforms, healthcare systems, and third-party APIs. Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, legal, and compliance teams to ensure effective customer communication and regulatory alignment. Build secure, scalable, and auditable healthcare workflows while ensuring compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations. Establish processes with providers and partners to support reliable service delivery. Use customer insights, data, and business metrics to guide product decisions and measure impact. Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a product leader with strong digital health experience and a proven ability to build products from concept to launch in complex environments. 4+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on experience in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech environments. Proven experience building 0-to-1 products and launching subscription-based products. Experience designing or integrating telehealth solutions, digital intake workflows, healthcare platforms, or related technologies. Strong understanding of regulated data management, privacy requirements, security practices, and healthcare compliance. Experience collaborating with engineering teams on API integrations, platform development, and technical solutions. Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear product strategies. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying the right problems before defining solutions. Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with platforms and tools such as SFCC, SFDC, and SQL is a plus.
