The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced
and motivated Principal Product Manager to work with internal and external
customers to deliver best-in-class service at scale, advancing Capacity
Management Tooling for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer

Oracle Alloy [https://www.oracle.com/cloud/alloy/]. Your primary objective will
be to spearhead the strategy and technical requirements to improve the
integrated controls, enable a unified visibility and monitoring enhancements
with full API and automation support. This requires managing key
stakeholder relationships and interacting with the Service teams to verify the
goals and objectives. This will require good communication and organizational
skills to ensure we have the right prioritization.
Both technical and product knowledge is required as you will face a broad range
of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of
determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical
dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer
experience. With good organization skills you will help colleagues stay focused
on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadershipÂ
A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and has strong
experience with platform capabilities, user interfaces, API’s, capacity
management, and productizing capabilities. Experience in managing cross
functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with
the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a
proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal,
external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all
forms of communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive large scale change across multiple Oracle organizations.
* Write product strategy as an input to product design.
* Identify, define and prioritize capacity management tooling features and
capabilities.
* Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and collaborators.
* Define and measure the operator experience and performance goals.
* Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail
projects.
* Be an advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle.
* Create content to help enable customer success.
* Manage internal stakeholders through suitable gates to ensure a successful
outcome.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $119,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible
for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for
variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as
well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as
well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees
assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is

working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days
annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for
subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees
working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours
per week are not eligible for vacation.

each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap
of 112 hours.
