About the role
We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our
communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day,
helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more
than vehicles. Come build what matters.

If you’re looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the
transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people’s
lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise
and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.
Join Ford’s Enterprise Technology organization and help shape the global digital
Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle ecommerce experience. The team is expanding
how customers discover and purchase parts, accessories, and branded merchandise
for both Ford and Lincoln online. As part of the global digital team, you will
help make these shopping experiences useful, intuitive, and connected to the
broader Ford and Lincoln brands.
In this position...
As the Non-Vehicle Ecommerce Group Product Manager for Parts, Accessories, and
Merchandise, you will lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for
the strategy and evolution of Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle ecommerce
experiences. You will set product direction, translate customer and business
needs into an actionable roadmap, and work with design, engineering, analytics,
merchandising, marketing, and other partners to deliver and continuously improve
the end-to-end shopping journey—which includes both customer-facing commerce
experiences and foundational commerce platforms that enable the experiences such
as Product Information Management (PIM), Pricing, Promotion, and Order
Management Systems (OMS). You will use customer insights and performance data to
prioritize opportunities, improve conversion and usability, and support growth
across Ford and Lincoln parts, accessories, and merchandise.
Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a requirement to be onsite
four or more days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for
qualified candidates. Candidates who live in or are willing to relocate to
Southeast Michigan are strongly preferred. The team collaborates across time
zones, and availability during Eastern Time business hours is expected
