About the role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
* 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
(e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
* Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
* 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI,
sales finance, and other stakeholders
* Experience with AI-powered products, data platforms, or large-scale analytics
systems.
* Experience defining a multi-year product goal and strategy and translating it
into a concrete, actionable roadmap.
* Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior
leadership without direct authority.
* Excellent user experience and a passion for building engaging, intuitive, and
well-designed products.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the product goal, strategy, and roadmap for key Gemini Cloud Assist Chat
user experiences, focusing on developing new agentic AI features to enhance
cloud operations and application lifecycle management needs for customer.
* Apply strong investigative skills, specifically with loss analysis and
quality hill-climbing.
* Build and run quality evaluations, in collaboration with engineering and data
science teams.
* Understand user needs and pain points through user research, data analysis,
and market research.
* Launch and iterate on new products and features, analyzing their performance
and making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience.
