This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Group Product Manager based in the United States.
This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping the vision and strategy for a portfolio of digital products.
You will translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
The role combines hands-on product leadership with the opportunity to mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts.
You will lead discovery and execution in an Agile environment, using data to guide prioritization and evaluate product performance.
Close collaboration with engineering, business partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership will be central to your success.
The position offers the chance to influence products serving diverse user needs while operating in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.

Accountabilities
Develop and communicate a compelling product vision that connects the future direction of the portfolio with broader business objectives.
Build, maintain, and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and effectively executed through Agile methodologies.
Lead product discovery and execution, including defining user stories, managing backlogs, validating opportunities, and guiding development teams.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, prioritize investments, and measure the impact of product releases against key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve trade-offs, and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts, helping them develop strong product visions, roadmaps, KPIs, discovery practices, and execution capabilities.
Act as a strategic liaison between the product organization and senior leadership, providing clear visibility into portfolio progress, performance, priorities, and business impact.
Balance the needs of diverse user groups and organizational stakeholders when prioritizing capabilities and defining product investments.
Champion strong product management practices, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Product Management or a comparable customer-facing, technology-focused business role.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Proven experience developing business cases, product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for digital products.
Demonstrated ability to manage products throughout discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile development teams.
Data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to use KPIs and analytics to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated success incorporating input from teams across an organization.
Ability to prioritize product capabilities that address different needs across a diverse and heterogeneous user base.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for audiences ranging from engineers and product teams to C-level executives.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, including the ability to develop and elevate product management talent.
Strategic, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset with strong ability to see the broader business picture.
Experience with digital marketplaces or a similar industry is a plus.
Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools is advantageous.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams is preferred.

Annual salary: $130,000–$185,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
