Together with our Tech counterparts, we are shaping a startup-like culture within the broader Hunkemöller organisation. We value ownership, curiosity, speed, collaboration and a can-do mentality.
We are actively integrating AI into discovery, decision-making and delivery and are exploring Agentic Agile ways of working. Product Managers joining this team will help define what an AI-enabled product organization looks like.

Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity and organizational transformation.
Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for adopting emerging ways of working.
AI-native product management
We believe AI will fundamentally change how product teams discover opportunities, make decisions and deliver value. We are embedding AI into our daily workflows and evolving towards Agentic Agile ways of working. We are looking for Product Managers who want to help lead that transformation.
