Digital Product Manager

The Opportunity
At Designer Brands, we're passionate about creating digital experiences that

DSW. As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping those
experiences by turning ideas into impactful solutions that drive customer
satisfaction and business growth.
In this role, you'll partner with teams across the organization to bring digital
strategies to life, elevate the customer experience, and deliver results against
key business objectives. You'll balance customer needs, business priorities, and
technical considerations to help determine what gets built, when it gets built,
and how success is measured.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the Product Management function of an Agile team, in close partnership
with Development, and Business Analyst
* Work through ambiguity and simplify complexity to define product
opportunities, requirements, and measurable outcomes
* Maintain and prioritize the roadmap and backlog based on customer value,
business impact, strategic alignment, effort, risk, and dependencies
* Identify and articulate clear compelling stories to gain alignment with key
stakeholders across the organization on roadmap priorities and initiative
requirements
* Make informed decisions rooted in Consumer Insights, Analytics, and financial
modeling to deliver business results.
* Partner closely with UX Design Team to ensure optimal experience are achieved
for enhancements/optimizations.
* Lead the product team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons
learned, and understand next steps
* Partner with analytics team to define testing strategy and analyze data to
ensure features are aligned with product goals and objectives
* Bring technical acumen, empathy, and a growth mindset to identifying
opportunities, creating solutions, and understanding results
* Manage and conduct UAT testing for all digital properties with business
partners to ensure requirements are met for the release
* Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve product management efficiency,
accelerate research/analysis, documentation, and other day to day activities
* Partner with cross functional teams to explore and lead targeted POCs/pilots
for emerging technologies
What You'll Need
Education
* Bachelor's degree
Experience
* 3-4+ years in Product Management or Product Owner role
* Experience owning digital products, platforms, or customer facing experiences
Success in This Role
* Experience working within Agile Methodology
* Experience leveraging Consumer Insights, Analytics, and financial modeling to
inform decisions and track progress
* Ability to project confidence and passion when presenting/communicating
* Ability to take initiative, influence, and drive initiatives across
cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, learn
business and technical skills quickly, and adapt to changing environments
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
